Claremont the Village

I went on a trip to Claremont yesterday to take pictures with my new camera, and to find some shops I haven't been into. The main reason I went was to check out this nursery I have always wanted to to go, but it was closed.
Anyway... I found this really awesome shop called Raku
The picture above is from the folk music center, I thought their window display was cute.

New Shop

So I have been thinking of starting my own boutique up again. I am going to get a head start on it next week. This is my list of goals I am going to try and get done.
-Business Licence
-Buy Decole/Cram Cream Wholesale
-Set up Shelves in my loft
-Make Business Cards

I hope everything goes well. If I get the name that I want for my business I will also be changing the name of this blog. I am excited for this new adventure and for a creative change.

Tiny Showcase

Tiny Showcase provides art prints from various artist on a weekly biases for the price of a book or a CD. I think this is a great idea for both artist and people who love art but can't necessarily spend a lot of money on it.

Amy is so weird, but you have to love her, she is so cute. Tara got me her book "I Like You -Hospitality Under the Influence". Its really funny and it has some cute pictures and ideas in it.














I like that she is a bitch to Martha Stewart.

I found some of Jack and Lulu's products on Fred Flare awhile ago, and went to their site recently I love all of their colors!! So cute!!



When I get my own shop eventually I will carry their products for sure!

I have been a huge fan of Seonna Hong for awhile I love her use of color and all her paintings have a vintage feel to it.

I stumbled upon fredflare.com about two years ago and have been a fan ever since. The site is essentially a one-stop shop of cuteness, including stationary, home-décor, accessories, and clothing all from various designers. The variety of this online boutique is what sets this shop aside from the rest. They also have many corky items that I grew up with that makes me very happy to see now.
